How to Buy

Interested in buying into the Lekki peninsula?  Do make sure you have done your due diligence and know the land and location. Below is the process of acquisition;

•  Request an application form to be sent to you by contacting delightsomehomes@gmail.com.

• After  carefully filling the form, clearly indicating your preferred option, payment plan and attached photograph, scan and send to delightsomehomes@gmail.com.

• Make payment to PWAN bank account provided and send scanned copy of your payment instrument to delightsomehomes@gmail.com

• Remember, Bank Draft and Cheques should be made payable to PWAN Homes Limited.

• You will receive a Sales Contract Agreement after payment of first installment.
